Marriage License and 2nd Mock-up for Invites ...
After that, we went to Ms. Trina’s house. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there. May unplanned walk daw siya. So we talked to Shelly, her assistant. We already saw the 2nd mock up. We liked the paper she used for our main invites. But the envelope is baby blue, so we told her to make the envelope in turquoise. And the ribbon is still not yellow, more of on the orange side. So we’ll gonna wait for the 3rd mock up na. Sana the third mock up would turn out ok na. Para mag-print na kami at ma-distribute na ist week of September. Kaya kaya? We’ll see..
I’m planning to buy a calligraphy set for my invites. Ang tanong is … magkano? May idea ba kayo how much? Saka saan meron? Kasi I'm browsing National Booktore's website, parang wala na ata ... hmmm...

3rd Gown Fitting, Prenup Kwento and Invitation mock-up
I had my make up done with EJ again for our prenup shoot with Paul and Dan. I went to her salon around 1pm because I know how long she takes to have her make up done. OC kasi si Ms. EJ kaya matagal siya mag-make up. 10mins to 3:00pm tapos na ang make up ko nun. We went to Jollibee Philcoa to meet up with the crew … naks … parang artista hahaha!
We had a great time with the prenup. Magaling talaga si Paul sa motivation. I can see Jason was so game sa prenup namin. Saka si Paul magaling talaga, kulang nalang mag-pose kami sa drainage sa UP Campus for his shots. Hahaha … hindi naman umulan that day kaso maputik yung lugar. Di tuloy kami maka-upo sa grass. Pero it was fun. Tapos nandun pa si Dan filming and documenting every move we make. Kasama pa mga wife nila. Super duper great experience. Can’t wait for the photos to be posted sa site ni Paul (Paul ang tagal naman hahaha! Joke lang ha!)
After that we went to Ms. Trina Valenzuela for our invitations. When we our on our way home, he told me to text Ms. Trina about having the mock-up made the other way around. Instead of turquoise as the main invites color, gawin ko daw yung yellow naman tapos yung envelop ang turquoise. Buti pumayag si Ms. Trina hehehe. We’ll gonna see the mock up on Saturday.
Before I end up my entry, I would like to share this with you. My brother and I are suckers for Korean movies. These excerpt come from the movie “Almost Love”. It’s a story about childhood sweethearts became in love with each other but having a hard time to express it. The excerpt comes from the novel the guy wrote to his friend. It really moved me … hahaha corny.
“Some people have said, talking about love, is that all? In reality, liking somebody is the least productive thing in the world. It doesn’t feed you, nor does it bring any money to you. Sleeplessness causes loss of mobility, acting silly all day and all night, mistaken for being a mental patient. You go through painful jealous and a broken heart. Do you still believe in love? Such a stinging words thrown at you. Yet I realized … when I love somebody I know millions of reasons for doing it. First, You realize giving brings more happiness than receiving. Second, instead of bad things, you get to see the good things first. Third, you can be a child without a time machine. Fourth, I was often asked, “Do you have something good?” Fifth, you could know how beautiful the sky, star, flowers and tree.”

Rain Rain Go Away ...
Last night, Jason was thinking not to have the couples first dance since hindi naman daw kami magpapa-money dance ... waaaaahhh kaasar talaga minsan si Jason. Kaya nga ako nag-hire ng quartet para maganda yung first dance namin as a couple tapos parang ayaw niya huhuhu!

A Birthday, Wedding Kikays and Invitations...
At di naman kami nagkamali to get her. She'll be making my Unity Candle Set (kasama na yung ceremonial candles and offertory candles and matches) saka yung ring, arrhae and coin holder. She'll gonna make a more smaller pillow for my wedding symbols. She also have samples din for the invites. But I told her I have a scheduled meeting with another supplier ng Monday. Kaya I wanted her to concentrate muna sa ibang orders namin sa kanya.
Aug. 6, Sunday … Monthsary naming ni Jason. 6 years and 1 month to be exact hehehe. We went to mass sa Good Shepherd para maipasa na yung Wedding Banns namin. So bumalik kami sa village chapel namin to hear mass. Kasi 8:30 nag-start yung mass sa Good Shepherd. Tapos after the mass binalikan namin sila Kuya Stan, Bunso at Ate Fely (our kasambahay) sa bahay.
Nung nakita namin yung globe sa harap ng mall … as in lahat kami “Wow, Mall of Asia!” hahaha! Pagka-park namin eh pagkain kaagad ang hinanap namin. Tanghalian na kasi eh. Kaya gutom na lahat. Eh may guy na nagdidistribute ng liftlets. Healthy Shabu-Shabu… we got the group combo for 8. 4K plus yung worth. Mura na, healthy pa, at masarap. Grabe nga eh, DIY cooking hahaha! Super busog kami sobra.
As usual ikot-ikot. Open mall ang mall of Asia. Yung ibang shops hindi airconditioned. Kaya si Mom hindi nakayanan yung init. We haven’t tried watching movies sa Imax Theater nila, Sabi k okay Jason saka nalang pag Harry Potter 5 na yung palabas. Hindi pa namin napapanood yung Superman. Gusto pa naman niya yun. Wala na ata sa ibang malls eh. Hintayin nalang namin yung DVD niya hehehe. Then we went to SM Appliance Center. Kasi si Bunso is always making kulit to Dad that he wanted a DVD player sa room nila ni Kuya. At ayun… binilhan nga. Tuwang-tuwa ang moks hehehe.
Masyado malaki ang Mall of Asia. It would be a big help talaga kasi maliligaw ang mga tao. Dito madami liko-liko. Parang yung Robinsons Place Ermita.
After we purchased the DVD player, we ate our meryenda in Iceberg, Blue Wave. Susme… I know I’m on a diet pero I can’t resist the ice cream kasi masarap ice cream ng Iceberg. Oh well … sana kasya pa gown ko sa Aug. 12 hahaha.
Aug. 7, Monday … good thing Kuya didn’t go to work kaya nagpasama ako sa kanya to go to my invites supplier. Ms. Trina is so pretty, she’s an Alice Dixzon look-alike. She gave me three portfolio of her sample works. And they’re all pretty. I saw this turquoise invite tied together with a chocolate brown organza ribbon. Nung nakita ko siya, yun din yung nakita ni Ms. Trina na pipiliin ko kasi she knows that it’s my motif. Papalitan lang ng yellow organza ribbon and a yellow envelope din. Mock-up will be ready in 3 days. And she said yes naman. I paid the downpayment na rin. I know Jason would love it as in. Wala kasi siya yesterday. Kaya parang surprise yun for him pag nakita niya. It’s simple but pretty. I’m sure my guest would love it promise!
Dial-up pa rin gamit kong connection ditto sa house …. Huhuhu! And still I’m trying to lose weight … grabe ang hirap magpapayat waaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!

Something to talk about...
Yesterday, I got my Baptismal Certificate already. 10 mins. lang kami naghintay kasi tinype pa yung Certificate. and it cost 50.00 pesos only.
Last night din I finished printing out our misalette. Nawalan kasi ng ink yung printer namin last Tuesday kaya I wasn't able to print it out para ma-check ng Twin Hearts yung misalette.
Since dial-up ang connection ng internet namin dito sa house (Kuya, we need to get a WiFi connection na, or else mamamatay ako sa boredom no!) I check my emails early in the morning (about 8:00 am) and at night (from 6:00pm onwards) kasi para mas mabilis.
Nasa DW kami nung araw ng July 8, napag-usapan pa namin nila Pittipat at Kris na wedding nga nila that day. You know how DW works di ba? To Rhea and Nap, I've been a lurker of your blog for sometime now and I want you to know that I'm so happy for both of you. Promise! Congratulations and Best Wishes.
Nagpost ako ng inquiry about a Volkswagen Beetle for rent... as usual di nanaman napansin ang post ko hahaha! Siguro wala talagang nagpaparent ng Beetle nila for weddings.
